How do I take advantage of FREE Shipping?
- Place at least RM 50 or RM 100 (depending on where you live) of eligible PenangStore.com products in your Shopping Cart. If product is not eligible, it will say "Not Qualified for Free Shipping" at Shopping Cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Ship your items to qualified Address.
- Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping!
What is the shipping cost if my order is not qualified for FREE Shipping?
Your order will be charged by standard rate RM 7 for up to 8 KG. If order is more than 8 KG, additional 1 KG plus RM 1.13.
Shipping cost will be shown in order total at checkout. Rates to Sabah, Sarawak, or other underdeveloped places are higher.
How much biscuits I can buy for 8 KG?
The answer is a lot. For example, you could get 10 big boxes of 32 counts Tambun biscuits for less than 8 KG. Yes, that mean you get a total of 320 counts of Tambun biscuits by paying only RM 7 for shipping. You save a lot of money in car fuel!
Shipments will be shipped via SKYNET or ABXExpress. Shipping costs of courier companies are live quoted at checkout, and you may select the courier company that fits your needs.
Order will be shipped on NEXT business day after we have received and confirmed your payment.
For fresh biscuits, delivery date is on every Monday and Wednesday only. This is to ensure that customer receives the freshest biscuits all the time. If you would like to receive products as soon as possible, please contact our customer services department.
Return and exchange is only allowed for items with manufacturer's defects.
Due to difference in computer monitor, the color of products might be off a little bit compared to actual products. Customer cannot return a product because of personal opinions, such as the color product is not beautiful, the material is not good, or the size doesn't fit.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, please take pictures of the damaged products and email them to email@example.com. Once we have received your email, we will authorize your return requests. You may ship the products back to us once you have received our return approval. Please note that customer must contact us within 7 days after receiving the products.
Who pay the return shipping cost?
If the products are damaged or defect because of PenangStore.com's mistakes, we will be glad to reimburse the return shipping cost to customer.
