Startup History
PenangStore.com was founded in the late 2009 on believing Malaysian deserves a reliable Internet Store that could provide safe online shopping and super good customer services. PenangStore.com first started as Malaysia’s first online biscuits and local specialties store to help local famous biscuits stores to easily sell their delicious biscuits to entire Malaysia. Since the website was launched, PenangStore.com grew quickly and now PenangStore.com opened 3 new departments – women fashion clothes, baby & toys, and lingerie, so that more people could enjoy the great services of PenangStore.com.
Management Team
Kenson Goo is born and raised in Penang, Malaysia. After obtaining his computer science degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in United States, and started numerous successful online businesses in the US, he decided to bring all he has learned to Malaysia to start PenangStore.com. He is passionate about Internet technology and football (soccer). Currently, he is also running the operations of PenangStore.com. You might find him in the customer services department answering customer's questions.
